About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the IDYANI website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. An order is only final once payment is confirmed. Prices are quoted in South African Rand and may change without notice until your order is confirmed.
Delivery
We deliver across South Africa via courier. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed — see our Shipping page for details.
Returns and exchanges
Unworn items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as set out on our Returns page. Sale items are exchange-only.
Products
We do our best to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur between screens and the physical product.
Intellectual property
All IDYANI designs, logos, images, and content on this site are our property and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IDYANI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
