Return policy
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Exchanges for a different size or colour are free — we cover the courier both ways for faulty items.
- For change-of-mind returns, the return courier fee is for your account.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the item back.
- Sale items can be exchanged but are not eligible for refunds.
